We want to make sure all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.  Cover Baby offers a one (1) year warranty on all footmuffs with proof of registration using the email on file when the original purchase was made.  

What is typically covered:

• Manufacturing Defects: Issues that arise from a flaw in how the product was made or the materials used, such as faulty stitching, broken zippers, or snapped buttons that fail during normal use.
• Repair or Replacement: If a covered defect is found, Cover Baby will typically, at its discretion, repair the item or replace it with a new or equivalent model at no cost to the original purchaser.
• Parts and Labor: Coverage usually includes the cost of both the replacement parts and the labor required for repairs during the warranty period. 

What is not covered:
• Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration from everyday use, such as fading fabric, scuffing, minor pilling, or general aging of materials.
• Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidents, such as spills, dropping the item, or exposure to extreme conditions.
• Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from using the footmuff in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or failure to follow the care instructions provided on the product information page and found on the product label.
• Improper Care/Maintenance: Damage due to incorrect washing, improper storage (e.g., damp conditions causing mold), or lack of maintenance.
• Unauthorized Modifications: Any repairs or alterations made by third parties not approved by the manufacturer.
• Second-hand Products: Warranties extend only to the original purchaser or gift recipient and are not transferable to subsequent owners.
