Refund policy

 

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. Each product is carefully examined for any defects and in brand new condition when sent to our customers.

All returned products must also be in new and unused condition with original packaging. Returns must be shipped in a poly mailer bag or box equivalent in dimensions to the one you received your purchased item in to avoid damage to the product. Once received, we will inspect the product.  If the product passes inspection, we will issue a full refund. If there is damage to the product, of any kind, we will return the product to you. 

*We offer free return shipping for refunds in the form of gift cards, store credit and one-time free exchanges (US customers only).

For all other returns, including full refunds, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and any related customs, and duties.
